No Refunds on Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances. Discounted products are excluded from our standard return policy, as they cannot be resold once processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Important: International Return Address (China)
All returns must be sent to our official processing facility in China. This is our only authorized return location. Customers are fully responsible for all return costs, including international shipping fees, handling fees, and customs duties. Please consider this carefully before requesting a return.
Return Policy
At Mae & Rose Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Notify us of your return via info@maeroseboutique.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the official Chinese return address by email.

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address in China and approved as being in acceptable condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
